Every figure on this site, including calculator results, is a guide estimate built from published 2026 cost data. It is not a quote, a survey, a valuation or an offer. Real prices vary with your property, specification, access and installer. Always obtain written quotes from FENSA-registered installers before making any decision, and treat our figures as a sense-check against them.

No professional advice

Nothing here is financial, legal or building-regulations advice. Grant rules and building regulations change; where they matter to you, confirm the current position on GOV.UK or with your local authority before relying on it.

Accuracy and liability

We work hard to keep figures sourced and current (see our methodology), but we cannot guarantee that every figure is accurate or complete at the moment you read it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for loss arising from reliance on the information or tools on this site.

Benchmark prices and quotes

The benchmark prices on this site are compiled from published sources and do not change based on who quotes for your job.

If you submit the quote request form, we pass your enquiry to Leads 2 Trade Limited, who confirm your requirements by phone and then pass your details to up to four local installers. Those installers contact you directly and quote you directly. What each party holds, and on what basis, is set out in our privacy policy.

We are paid by Leads 2 Trade for referring enquiries. That does not change the benchmark figures published on this site, which are compiled independently of it, and it does not cost you anything. Any contract for the supply or installation of windows is between you and the installer, not with this site, and we are not a party to it.
